Customer Information Center
Our customers are often eager to receive the results of their zygosity tests. Our Customer Information Center was designed to allow current customers to check in real-time the status of their order at any time during the testing process. Please enter your Testing Control Number and last name below. This number is found on the top right hand corner of the letter included in your swab kit, just above the barcode. It is also included in the email confirmation of your order. If you have any problems using this form, please contact us.Research/Commerical Accounts
