Proactive Genetics, Inc. has a simple refund policy. Customers who change their mind about proceeding with the requested genetic testing services, and would like a refund, must submit their request either through phone, fax, email or mail correspondence, prior to the return of a DNA sample to the laboratory. Once in the possession of the laboratory, the DNA analysis will begin and refunds are not available. The customer may however request that the testing process cease, and that the pending test results not be returned in which case no refund is offered. If the above conditions of a valid refund are met, the customer will be refunded either through a check or through a credit card charge back, the full amount of their order less $20.00 USD. Unused DNA sample kits do not need to be returned.
